Office disputes can develop to become open conflicts. Don’t delay solving the problem. Find the source and talk directly to this person.

Stay calm, polite, rational, and focus on the issue at hand. Control your facial expression and the tone of your voice. Listen closely to the person you are dealing with and state what you want clearly. Be flexible, the problem will not be solved if no one is willing to compromise. Don’t hesitate to apologize if you’re in the wrong, if you can’t see a way out, look for another party to mediate.

Ambitions for a better career have made a lot of people choose to leap between jobs a lot. It isn’t a wonder why more people choose to be loyal towards their career and not their company.

However,  one must keep in mind that they can work optimally for their company while they continue to develop their career. Employers tend to appreciate and protect employees that give real contributions and not only those that are loyal. Companies tend to prioritize employees with skills, knowledge, good attitude, work oriented, and have good communication skills.
